Castle Rock, CO — Castle View High School is excited to announce the hiring of Rob Lambarida as the new Head Softball Coach. Lambarida brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in developing athletes both on and off the field.
Coach Lambarida has spent the past several years coaching at the highest levels of competitive fastpitch softball. Most recently, he served as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Board Member with Colorado Batbusters, one of the top travel softball programs in the country. In his role with Batbusters, Lambarida worked with National Teams ranging from 14U to 18U, focusing on player development, offensive and defensive strategy, and game management. His leadership helped numerous athletes successfully continue their playing careers at the collegiate level.
Prior to his work with Colorado Batbusters, Coach Lambarida held multiple leadership positions with Adrenaline Fastpitch, serving as President, Board Member, and Head Coach. Under his guidance, Adrenaline Fastpitch teams consistently finished among the top in state and national competitions, earning multiple tournament championships and achieving top national rankings.
Beyond the field, Coach Lambarida is committed to fostering a positive team culture built on trust, communication, and shared goals. His experience in college recruiting, player mentorship, and organizational leadership makes him a tremendous asset to the Castle View softball program.
