SUMMER YOUTH CAMPS
Youth Camps will be held June 10th-12th.
– Grades 3-6 will be from 10:30 – 12:30
– Grades 7-8 will be from 1:30 – 3:30

Summer Open Gyms
Open gyms are open to all incoming freshmen and any current Castle View High School students interested in playing volleyball.
Open gyms will take place in the CV Main Gymnasium.
*Some July open gyms are subject to change in location and time due to refinishing of the gym floors.
*Open gyms are free and no registration/sign up is required.
Open Gym Dates:
1st open gym: June 4th 9-11am
2nd Open gym: June 16th 8:30-10am
3rd Open Gym: June 18th from 8:30-10am
4th Open gym: June 23rd 8:30-10am
**No Open Gyms: June 29th-July 4th
5th open gym: July 7th 8:30-10am
6th open gym: July 9th 8:30-10am
7th & 8th open gym: July 14th & 16th TBD
9th *LAST* Open Gym: July 21st 8:30-10am
**No Open Gyms July 27th-August 1st**
Volleyball strength and conditioning will follow open gyms, on Tuesday & Thursdays from 10-11am. We do have a strength and conditioning coach that will run a program from June 8th – July 31st (with June 30 – July 4th off) and the cost is $200 for 7 weeks of training. REGISTER HERE.
**Registration is REQUIRED to participate in strength & conditioning.

**Team camps are INVITE ONLY and players will be notified via email if they are invited to team camp.
University of Wyoming Team Camp – July 10th-11th
Grandview High School Team Camp – July 18th – 19th
UNC Team Camp – July 23rd – 25th

Pre-Tryout Camp:August 5-7th
Tryouts: August 10-12th
First Day of Practices: August 13th 3:00-5:30pm
